What sort of support is available for MAP implementation and ongoing use?

Basic tech and implementation support is available from the MAP Customer Success Manager(s) provided by the vendor ITPI. In addition, the MAP Team offers regular workshops and office hours to support implementing colleges. Seed funding allows for ongoing training, support, and professional development to all MAP 2022 Cohort members.

A MAP Senior Evaluator will manage the creation of articulation recommendations based on CID and a common course numbering system. MAP encourages articulation recommendations (and local approved articulations) to be shared amongst Cohort members to consider for adoption. The future of MAP promises to improve the rate of creation of new articulations statewide.

MAP also provides real-time online Chat support and technical support ticket creation where MAP agents are available 24/7. The chat and ticketing system can be accessed from within your institution’s MAP.
